Well, I hope he's NOT gay. Why does the term hypocrite LEAP to mind?
When society, especially Conservatives, have made it so hard on gay men to be themselves that they have to find sex when and where they can get it, is it appropriate to do this in a PUBLIC restroom where children are present?
